{"id":1907,"date":"2020-04-15T04:14:30","date_gmt":"2020-04-15T04:14:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/awtaproducttesting.swim.net.au\/news\/testing-healthcare-protective-clothing-according-to-ansi-aami-pb70-2012\/"},"modified":"2020-04-15T04:14:30","modified_gmt":"2020-04-15T04:14:30","slug":"testing-healthcare-protective-clothing-according-to-ansi-aami-pb70-2012","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/awtaproducttesting.swim.net.au\/zh_tw\/news\/testing-healthcare-protective-clothing-according-to-ansi-aami-pb70-2012\/","title":{"rendered":"Testing Healthcare Protective Clothing according to ANSI\/AAMI PB70:2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>Textile Requirement: <\/em><\/strong><em>Protective Against Liquid chemicals &#8211; Determination of Resistance of Materials to Penetration of Liquids<\/em><\/p>\n<p>During these unique times of the COVID-19 virus pandemic, AWTA Product Testing has the ability to test healthcare textiles according to <strong><em>ANSI\/AAMI PB70:2012.&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This testing categorises textiles from Level 1 through to 4 depending upon the level of barrier protection against fluid penetration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 1 offers low protection<\/li>\n<li>Level 4 high protection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>AWTA Product Testing can offer testing to Level 3 &#8211; Moderate protection against fluid penetration.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-right: auto; margin-left: auto; display: block;\" src=\"\/app\/images\/Healthcare_Protective_clothing.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"672\" height=\"672\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Level 4 is the desired level as this offers barrier protection against viral penetration.
