AWTA Product Testing offers comprehensive, accredited testing services to a wide range of industries within Australasian and International markets. The laboratory specialises in flammability, thermal conductivity, spectrophotometry, retro-reflective performance and accelerated weathering. We test and evaluate a diverse array of products, including, fibres and yarns, textiles and apparel, safety garments and healthcare materials, plastics and laminates, ducting and insulation, carpets and flooring, automotive and aeronautical aftermarket components.

AWTA Product Testing offers a range of services including fire, thermal, physical, chemical, and weathering performance across a range of building materials and industries.

We conduct a comprehensive range of physical, chemical, optical, and flammability tests, all performed to meet both national and international standards. Our testing supports compliance, performance validation, and quality assurance across a wide variety of textile applications.

AWTA Product Testing offers testing services to companies supplying the automotive, aerospace, and marine industries. In addition, we offer retroreflective and physical testing of road sign materials.

Aeronautical components can be tested against the various flammability requirements that are found in FAR specifications with the test dependent on the end use of the component.
