{"id":1908,"date":"2020-04-02T22:48:20","date_gmt":"2020-04-02T22:48:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/awtaproducttesting.swim.net.au\/news\/awta-product-testing-the-testing-of-textiles-for-health-care-facilities\/"},"modified":"2020-04-02T22:48:20","modified_gmt":"2020-04-02T22:48:20","slug":"awta-product-testing-the-testing-of-textiles-for-health-care-facilities","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/awtaproducttesting.swim.net.au\/it\/news\/awta-product-testing-the-testing-of-textiles-for-health-care-facilities\/","title":{"rendered":"AWTA Product Testing &#038; the Testing of Textiles for Health Care Facilities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As an essential service to industry, the AWTA Product Testing laboratory in Flemington Victoria remains open during these difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Our laboratory offers testing according to the <em><strong>AS 3789<\/strong><\/em> series of standards that deal with textiles for health care facilities and institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The laboratory has the capability to assess the critical minimum physical and colourfastness performance requirements of textiles as tabled in these standards.<\/p>\n<p>Where physical and colourfastness parameters have been measured, AWTA Product Testing can provide a fully accredited <em><strong>NATA report<\/strong><\/em> that will state whether compliance to the standard has been met.
